Our Company - Property Advisory Network, LLC.

Property Advisory Network, LLC., is a limited liability corporation established under the laws of the State of Florida.  We have been in business since September 2004.  Our services include residential and commercial property management, civil evictions including process server service and private mortgage lenders.  Our vacation rental properties are exclusively on Marco Island, Florida.

The two properties available presently are owned and managed exclusively by the owners, Carlos & Oly Milian.  We pride ourselves in presenting the highest quality vacation experience possible.  Our company is built on the principals of providing reliable service and a top quality property. 

Our office is located on the east coast of Florida just a short drive from Marco Island.  We have numerous maintenance and service personnel on Marco Island.  We also offer 24 hour emergency service to all our vacation rental properties.
