Cancellation Policy
It is understood that 50% of the deposit of the initial payment is
non-refundable. The remainder of the deposit shall be returned to the Rente=
r,
if a cancellation in writing is received by Agent AT LEAST 90 days prior to=
the
arrival. NO REFUNDS will be made if cancelled after the 90 calendar day gra=
ce
period. Cancellations on “Short Notice” reservations that have =
been
paid in full will only be entitled to a refund of the security
deposit.
Our company is in the business of offering a great vacation
experience. We are not in the business of benefiting from a renters
loss. Our policy also includes the service of obtaining a
cancellation replacement reservation.
Upon receipt of a cancellation we will make every effort to find a
replacement reservation. In the past we have found a replacement
reservation and have mitigated our renters’ loss 100% of the time.&nb=
sp;
The practice of loss mitigation is not listed on the forms but
is part of our standard operating procedures.
